OBIT WIMMER, SAMUEL HARVEY

WIMMER, Samuel Harvey, 66, of Shawsville, died Tuesday, February 2, 1993 in the VA Medical Center, Salem. His residence was 2300 Hickman Hollow Road. He is survived by his wife, Georgia Foster Wimmer; two sons, Thomas Wimmer, Pilot, Donald Wimmer, Elliston; two daughters, Carolyn Fuhrman, Patsy Howell, both of Roanoke County; a sister, Roxie Edwards; four grandchildren, Missy Conner, Holly Wimmer, Joey Wimmer and Donnie Wimmer. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, February 5, at the graveside in Piedmont Cemetery with Mr. Tom Hodge officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 Thursday evening at the Richardson-Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg.
