OBIT LIDDLE, HEATH JACKSONI

LIDDLE, Heath Jackson, 91, of Galax, died February 3, 1993 in Birdmont Manor Nursing Home in Wytheville. He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Nelson and Billie Liddle, Newport, Va., Harold and Betty Liddle, Accokeek, Md., Larry and Violet Liddle, Wytheville, sisters, Mattie Lou Higgins, Hallie Cox, Ruth Sikes, Ruby Sikes, all of Galax, and Fern Combs, Maryland; two brothers, J. Kemper Liddle, and Ernest Liddle, both of Galax; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Mt. Vale United Methodist Church 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Hugh Kilgore officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Arrangements by Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home in Galax.
