OBIT VAUGHAN, CHARLIE C.

VAUGHAN, Charlie C., 85, of West Oldtown St., Galax, died Tuesday, February 2, 1993, in the Twin County Community Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Virginia R. Vaughan; nieces and nephews, Mary and Bays Wingate, Joe V. and Katherine McLean, all of Elk Creek, Jack and Lois McLean, Roseburg, Ore.; a host of friends. Funeral services will be held at the Jerusalem United Methodist Church Thursday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. David Olinger officiating. Burial in the church cemetery. Masonic rites by Dixie Lodge #202. Flowers appreciated but memorial contributions may be made to the Jerusalem United Methodist Church Perpetual Care Cemetery Fund or charity of choice.
