PIEDMONT GUITARISTS IN CONCERT AT DUBLIN

The Virginia Piedmont Guitarists Tour will bring its concert and media presentation to the Richardson Auditorium on New River Community College's Dublin campus Feb. 23 at 7 p.m.

The tour showcases a group of blues, pre-blues and gospel guitarists from Virginia. All are recognized internationally as masters of the Piedmont Guitar tradition. Two of the artists - John Jackson of Fairfax and John Cephas of Bowling Green - have received Heritage Fellowship awards from the National Endowment for the Arts.

The cost is $5; tickets will be available at the door. The concert is free to New River students with a college ID.
