Deloris V. English (Vickie) of Roanoke and William H. Biggs of Roanoke are pleased to announce their engagement to be married. Ms. English is the daughter of Mrs. Gladys Brown-Hancock, and the stepdaughter of John Hancock of Roanoke. He is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Biggs of Roanoke. She is employed by AMP, Inc., Roanoke. He is a self-employed sub-contractor in Roanoke. At this time no wedding date has been set.
