Ursula Ann Fizer and Lance Corporal Thomas L. Holland are engaged andplanning to be married June 19, 1993. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William O. Fizer of Blue Ridge. She is a senior at Lord Botetourt High School and isemployed by Plum Krazee Hair Salon. He is the son of Mrs. Betty H. Shepherd of Blue Ridge and Jerry H. Holland of Vinton. He is a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and is in the United States Marine Corps.
