MCGINLEY-KIDD

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thomas McGinley of Roswell, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Martha Elizabeth McGinley, to Edward Stanley Kidd III, son of Hon. and Mrs. Edward Stanley Kidd, Jr., of Roanoke, Va.

Ms. McGinley will graduate from Old Dominion University this spring and is presently employed by Childrens Hospital of the Kings Daughters as a Non-invasive Cardiovascular Technician.

Mr. Kidd is a graduate of Old Dominion University and is presently employed by Metro Information Systems as a Network Consultant.

A spring 1994 wedding is planned.
