Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow W. Newcomer of Bedford are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Vickie Leigh, to James Randolph Wright, son of Mr. and Mrs. James C. Wright of Bedford. Vickie is a graduate of Liberty High School and Phillip's Business College and is employed by Rainbo Bread Company of Roanoke. Randy is a graduate of Liberty High School and attended C.V.C.C. He is employed by Bondtex, Inc. in Bedford. The wedding ceremony will take place March 6, 1993 at Flint Hill Baptist Church in Moneta.
