HARVEY-ST.CLAIR

Vinton native D. Lynn St. Clair and Brent F. Harvey, of Carthage, New York, were married on December 19, 1992. They were married in the Maderia Presbyterian Church, Maderia, Ohio. Ms. St. Clair is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne St. Clair, of Vinton.

Ms. St. Clair graduated from William Byrd High School, Vinton, Virginia, and from Radford University majoring in Biological Sciences. Her professional career has focused on toxicology and the human health effects of environmental pollution. Ms. St. Clair is a senior scientist atPARSONS Environmental Services, Inc., in their Fairfield, Ohio, office. She is earning a graduate degree in toxicology and industrial hygiene at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Mr. Harvey graduated from Carthage Central High School and from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, majoring in Chemical Engineering. He completed six years in military service as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. While in the Navy, he completed a Masters Degree in Nuclear Engineering and a Masters in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Mr. Harvey is also employed by PARSONS Environmental Services, Inc., as a Project Manager.

The couple spent their honeymoon touring central Europe, and they will reside in Loveland, Ohio.
