A Christiansburg man whose car struck and killed a motorcyclist Jan. 23 has been charged with reckless driving, police said Saturday.

Gary Wayne Harvey, 33, was served with the misdemeanor warrant Friday, Christiansburg police said. Harvey was also given a summons for operating an uninsured vehicle.
