ETS to stop trading on Vancouver marketETS International Inc. of Roanoke said Tuesday it will stop trading its stock on Canada's Vancouver Stock Exchange. Shares of the company, which deals in pollution-control products and services, will continue to trade on the Emerging Company Marketplace of the American Stock Exchange.
ETS Chairman John D. McKenna said the decision to leave the Vancouver exchange was based on the fact that virtually all of the trading of ETS stock has been on the Amex since it was listed there in July. Also, he said, substantially all of the company's shareholders are U.S. residents. - Staff report
