OBIT BROWN, MAGGIE PRYOR

BROWN, Maggie Pryor, 94, of Roanoke, died Saturday, February 6, 1993. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Brown. Survivors include two daughters, Catherine Noble, Jamaica, N.Y., Annie Morris, Roanoke; one son, Richard Brown; one sister, Carrie Winbush, both of Roanoke; three grandsons; five great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 a.m., at the Morning Star Baptist Church. Rev. Lee Lewis will officiate with interment in Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday, 7 to 8 p.m. at Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home.
