OBIT THOMAS, SARAH LIZZIE

THOMAS, Sarah Lizzie, 85, of Salem, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 1993. Survivors include five daughters, Dorothy Glass, Stella King, both of Salem, Jane Jewell, Darlene Roop, Mandy Lam, all of Roanoke; one son, Billy Thomas, Roanoke; three sisters, Glenna Mowles, Annie Cupp, Alice Hatcher, all of Salem; one brother, Preston McCray, Salem; 27 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at Lotz Salem Chapel Friday, February 12, 1993 at noon with Pastor Sonny Miller officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call at Lotz Salem Chapel.
