In a Feb. 4 story on the Rev. Kathy O'Keeffe, a reporter erroneously gave information about her time of service with Deliverance Church Ministries. O'Keeffe has been affiliated with the church since 1977 but has been its associate pastor for seven years. She also directs an adult choir for the congregation.
