Dear Neighbors:
On behalf of the Vinton Police Department, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of those in the business community, the civic organizations and the private citizens who so graciously contributed to our Christmas Needy Family Program for 1992.
The dedicated efforts of these individuals resulted in 1992 being our most prosperous and successful year, allowing our program to reach 61 families and 111 children.
The citizens of the town of Vinton should be proud to live in a community that will unite together to help those in need.
