COUNTY MAN DIES AFTER CAR ACCIDENT

A Roanoke County man died Thursday from injuries suffered in an early morning accident on Bradshaw Road.

Stuart D. Walker, 28, was thrown from his car after it lost control coming out of a curve in the 3900 block of Bradshaw Road, ran off the right side of the road and flipped, said Roanoke County Sgt. R.F. Braford.

He was taken to Roanoke Memorial Hospital by helicopter after the 2:10 a.m. accident, and died shortly before noon, Braford said.

Walker was not wearing a seat belt.
