Clarification

OOPS! No credit, after all, to Del. Willard Finney, D-Rocky Mount, for supporting a measure to limit handgun purchases. Though Finney voted yes when the House of Delegates passed the measure on Tuesday, he said he'd thrown the green light by mistake and had meant to vote no. Shame on him.
