BLACKSBURG PRINCIPAL WINS SLOGAN CONTEST

WKEX 1430AM, has announced that Clinton LeGette, principal of Blacksburg High School, was the winner of its slogan contest with: "WKEX - where great sounds come from great music every day."

WKEX has a new format, featuring big-band, classic and all-time favorite popular songs. LeGette's prize is a dinner for two on Valentine's evening from the Holiday Inn, overnight accommodations for two and breakfast for two the following morning.
