Mr. and Mrs. Danny Carter and Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Jarrell are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Carrie A. Carter and Benjamin G. Jarrell.

Mr. Jarrell is a graduate of Roanoke Catholic High School and a 1992 graduate of Emory and Henry College. He is employed by United Companies Lending Corporation.
