MCCAIN-THOMAS

Dr. and Mrs. James Herndon McCain, Jr., of Charleston, W. Va., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Evelyn McCain, to John Madison Thomas. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. James Russell Thomas, Jr., of Blacksburg, Va.

Miss McCain is a graduate of George Washington High School in Charleston, W. Va., and of the University of Virginia. She is a graduate student at the University of Maryland. Mr. Thomas is a graduate of Blacksburg High School and of the University of Virginia. He is employed by U.S.F.& G. Insurance Co. in Baltimore, Md.

The wedding is planned for June 5, 1993, in Charleston, W. Va.
