PARRY MCCLUER CAPTURES REGION C WRESTLING TITLE
Parry McCluer wrestlers won four championships Saturday as the Fighting Blues rolled past James River to win the Region C tournament team title.
Jason Hamilton (119 pounds), Andy Hamilton (125), Robbie Dickinson (171) and Jason Barger (heavyweight) won titles for Parry McCluer, which finished with 155.5 points.
James River, second with 148 points, had one champion - Tony Bocanegra (103).
Narrows finished third with 104.5 points, and Glenvar was fourth with 97 points. Glenvar's Jason Porter, at 160 pounds, won his fourth region championship.
