UVA FINISHES 5TH IN PUERTO RICO TOURNAMENT

Virginia shot a final round 296 and finished fifth out of 15 teams at the Puerto Rico Golf Classic in Palmer, Puerto Rico. Georgia Tech claimed the title with a total of 870. The Cavs finished with 897. Junior Dean Smith led UVa with a 220 total and a tie for seventh place.
