OBIT AKERS, GLENNA DICKERSON

AKERS, Glenna Dickerson, 65, of Riner, died Monday February 15, 1993 at her home. She is survived by her husband, Taswell Akers; one brother, Andrew J. Dickerson Jr., both of Riner. Funeral will be Thursday, 2 p.m., Wood Funeral Home, Floyd with the Rev. Roy Turpin officiating. Interment in the Pleasant Valley Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, Floyd.
