OBIT NESTER, JOHN HASTEN

NESTER, John Hasten, 69, of Dugspur, Va., passed away February 16, 1993 at his home. He was born March 19, 1923. He is survived by his wife, Imogene Nester; sons and daughter-in-law, John Leon and Donna Nester, Vinton, Timothy Joseph Nester, Dugspur; sisters, Florence McPeak, Nancy Worrell, Elva Webb, Sylvia Banks, all of Dugspur, and Vera Dalton, Dublin; brothers, Carlos and Cody Nester, Dugspur; grandchildren, Eric Nester, Nancy Elise Nester, and Derek Scott Nester. Services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, February 18, 1993 at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel. Burial will be in the Ellis Goad Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17, at the funeral home. Funeral arrangements by Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel, Hillsville, Va.
