JURORS CAN'T AGREE ON MURDER SENTENCE
A jury that convicted Robin Radcliff of capital murder for hire in the slaying of her Navy husband was dismissed Wednesday night after it was unable to agree on a punishment.Circuit Judge Frederick B. Lowe told the panel that, under Virginia law, the court would impose a sentence of life imprisonment.
Radcliff, 35, was accused of conspiring with her lover, Gerardo Hinojosa, to hire a hit squad to murder James Radcliff.
