OBIT HATCHER, JAMES F.

HATCHER, James F., 83, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, February 17, 1993. He was a member of North Minster Presbyterian Church and Lakeland Masonic Lodge #190 AF & AM. He was retired from Leggett Department Store and was predeceased by his wives, Christine B. Hatcher and Gladys P. Hatcher. He is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Madison C. and Mirian Hatcher, Lynchburg, William B. and Nell C. Hatcher, Radford; one niece, Mary Conover, Pitman, N.J.; a very close friend, Nellie Board, Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 3 p.m. Thursday, February 18 with the Rev. David A. Kirk officiating. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel.
