OBIT-BROOKS, JULIA ANN WEBSTER

BROOKS, Julia Ann Webster, 61, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, February 17, 1993 following a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson P. Brooks and was a longtime member of Central Church of the Brethren. Surviving are her children, Stephen Page Brooks, Robin Ann Brooks, and special friend, Terrell Holbrook; three grandchildren, Sarah Dawn Brooks, Michela Lynn Brooks, and Tyler Page Brooks; her brothers and sisters, Varona Webster, Stafford Webster, Irene Bowman, Ava Miller, Daniel Webster, Ola Hurst, David Webster, several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at Central Church of the Brethren, 1 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. David Yingling will officiate. Interment will be at Monte Vista Church of the Brethren Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central Church of the Brethren, for Camp Bethel. Arrangements by Oakey's South Chapel.
