ROWDY DAWG BIKE RACE IS 1ST IN STATE SERIES

The Rowdy Dawg, an annual event sponsored by the Virginia Tech Mountain Bike Club, will be the first race in a new state championship series.

The 6-year-old race will feature a new course and is scheduled for March 21. For more information, call race director Scott Koehn at 953-2772.

The other two races in the series are The Dragon's Back, April 4 in Catawba, and Thunderr in the Holy Land, April 18 in Bedford.
