CLINTON DIDN'T HEAR THE CALL

SURELY you have misquoted President Clinton from his address of Feb. 15. He could not have used an expression "a call to arms." There was a call to arms in Clinton's youth, and he responded by evading this call while other less privileged but braver young men responded, often at the cost of their health or their lives.
