TORIAN-RAUGH

Martha Turner Torian is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Jennifer Marie Torian of Roanoke, to Stephen Joseph Raugh of Richmond, son of Mr. and Mrs. P. Joseph Raugh of Richmond.

Jennifer graduated from Virginia Tech and attends the Medical College of Virginia.

Stephen graduated from Virginia Tech and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering. He is employed by Joyce Engineering, Richmond.

The wedding is planned for July 31, 1993.
