OBIT ROSE, FREDERICK CHARLES

ROSE, Frederick Charles, 72, of Stafford Park Drive, S.W., Roanoke, died Saturday, February 20, 1993 in a local hospital. He was a retired conductor for D & H Railway. He was predeceased by one brother, Raymond Rose. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eunice E. Rose; three daughters, Patricia O. Wiedeman, Marlboro, Mass., Barbara J. Hollister, Elkhorn, Neb., Carolyn E. Rose, Marlboro, Mass.; one son, Michael L. Rose, Albany, N.Y.; one brother, Donald Rose, Binghamton, N.Y.; four sisters, Eva Peabody, Conklin, N.Y., Esther O. Boyle, Bernice James and Caroline Sindon, all of Binghamton; six grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. A memorial service and burial will be in Chenango Valley Cemetery, Hillcrest, N.Y. Local arrangements by Oakey's North Chapel.
