OBIT TUCK, WILLIAM WAYNE TUCK, STEPHANIE

TUCK, William Wayne, and TUCK, Stephanie Renee, 36 and 9, both of Blacksburg, died Friday, February 19, 1993. "Billy" and his daughter died as the result of an automobile accident. Billy was born in Montgomery County, and was an employee of Virginia Tech's paint department. He is survived by his wife, Deborah "Debbie" Smith Tuck; his parents, William "Bill" and Peggy Perdue Tuck, Blacksburg; a brother and sister-in-law, Tommy and Beth Tuck, and two nieces Paige and Taylor Tuck, all of Blacksburg; his grandmother, Bonnie Perdue, Blacksburg; a very special friend, Perry Kipps, Christiansburg; and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Stephanie was born in Montgomery County, and was a student at Price's Fork Elementary School. She is survived by her mother, Deborah "Debbie" Smith Tuck; maternal grandparents, Stanley L. and Faye D. Smith, McCoy; paternal grandparents, William J. "Bill" and Peggy P. Tuck, Blacksburg; three great-grandmothers, Bonnie Perdue of Blacksburg, Ruby Smith of McCoy, Lena Dowdy of Radford; uncles and aunts, Gail and Doug Williams of McCoy; Stanley Jr. and Kim Smith of Blacksburg, Kenny Dale and Patty S. Smith of McCoy; cousins, Nikki, Keith, Andrew, Stephen and Daniel; and lots of special friends. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, February 22, at New Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Sunnyside. The Rev. Robert T. Hughes and the Rev. Gordon Lee will officiate. Interment will follow in Centennial Christian Church Cemetery, McCoy. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dustin Fagan Trust Fund, National Bank of Blacksburg, Account No. 653188, C/O Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, 600 Price's Fork Road N.W., Blacksburg, Va. 24060. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 until 4 p.m. and 7 until 9 p.m. at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
