OBIT TOLIVER, EVELYN
TOLIVER, Evelyn, 59, of Troutville, passed away in a local hospital Thursday, February 18, 1993. Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Orlando Lee and Evonne Toliver, Kelvin Lewis Toliver, all of Troutville; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Jacqueline L. and Dennis Smith, Sharon K. and Lloyd Merchant, Priscilla A. Toliver, all of Roanoke; two brothers and sisters-in-law, George W. and Lillian Toliver, Buchanan, Lawrence E. and Jean Toliver, Troutville; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Frances T. Willis, Roanoke, Lorraine and Hubert Taylor, Daleville, and Virginia Toliver, Roanoke; a devoted special friend, Herman Johnson; four grandchildren, Nakia Smith, Tenesia Smith, Kenya Thompson, Daniel Merchant; one great-grandchild, Amondre Smith; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 1 p.m., Lapsley's Run Baptist Church, Fincastle with Rev. U. N. Broady officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Hamlar-Curtis, Morticians.
