OBIT WHITE, LILLIE MARIE SLOUGH

WHITE, Lillie Marie Slough, 91, of Buena Vista, died Sunday, February 21, 1993 in Shenandoah Valley Health Care Center. She was born in Rockbridge County on January 24, 1902, the daughter of the late Howard S. and Martha Wallace Slough. She was a member of Buena Vista Presbyterian Church. She is survived by a daughter, Juanita Wheeler, Buena Vista; two brothers, Ralph B. Slough, Lexington, Augustus B. Slough, Paineville, Ohio; four grandchildren, Barbara Binz, Pocatello, Idaho, Michael Wheeler and Dennis Wheeler, both of Buena Vista, Danny Wheeler, Rexburg, Idaho; four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Lomax Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Marc Sherrod. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lomax Funeral Home.
