\ NAVY AIRMAN REGINALD L. PRICE, son of Ralph L. Price of 3401 Pittsfield Ave. and Shirley S. Barbour of 2722 Mountainaire Ave. N.W., recently reported for duty aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt, based in Norfolk.
Price is a 1986 graduate of William Fleming High School.
\ AIRMAN WILLIAM B. PAINTER III, son of William B. and Susan B. Painter of 1534 Bali Hai Drive, Vinton, graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
Painter is a 1992 graduate of William Byrd High School.

\ ROSILAND M. BOWLES, daughter of Lorenzo Quayles of 707 Madison Ave. N.W., has been promoted in the Air Force to staff sergeant.
Bowles, a social actions specialist at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, graduated from Patrick Henry High School in 1979 and received an associate degree from Virginia Western Community College in 1984.
