OBIT-DALLY, RICHARD H. SR.

DALLY, Richard H. Sr., 73, of Salem, Ind., died Wednesday, February 24, 1993. He was a former x-ray technician with the VA Medical Center in Salem, Va. and a retired rural mail carrier in Montvale, Va. He retired from the U.S. Navy with ten years service and retired from the U.S. Army, April 7, 1958 with ten years service. Surviving are his wife, Jessie H. Dally; two sons, Richard H. Dally Jr., Greensboro, N.C., Joseph M. Dally, Salem, Ind.; one grandchild. Graveside services with military honors will be at the Walnut Grove Union Church Cemetery in Bedford County, 11 a.m. Saturday. Arrangements by Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
