AUDITIONS PLANNED FOR OUTDOOR DRAMA
Auditions for roles in the 1993 production of "Trail of the Lonesome Pine," the outdoor drama performed each summer, have been scheduled for March 6, 7, 13 and 14.They will run from 2 to 4 p.m. each day at the June Tolliver House, which is named for the heroine of the play. The play is based on the well-known novel by John Fox Jr., which is set in this part of Southwest Virginia in the early 1900s.
The play is performed Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from mid-June through Labor Day. Roles are available for all age groups.
