BENNETT-SLEMP

Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Bennett of Salem announce the engagement of their daughter, Vivian P. Bennett, to Andrew A. Slemp, III, son of Dr. and Mrs. Andrew A. Slemp, Jr., of Roanoke.

Miss Bennett is a graduate of William Fleming High School and Wytheville Community College. She is employed by Lewis-Gale Hospital as a registered nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.

Mr. Slemp is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and Community Hospital College of Health Sciences. He is employed by Life Guard of America, Inc. as an Air Medical Specialist - Paramedic.

A November wedding is planned.
