CARTER-VIAR

Pamela Carter and Steven Viar of Roanoke are engaged and planning to be married July 1993. She is the daughter of James and Rose Carter of Roanoke. She graduated from Natural Bridge High School in 1984 and from Mary Baldwin College in 1989. He is the son of Virginia Viar of Roanoke and the late Albert Viar. He graduated from William Fleming High School in 1979 and is co-owner of Viar Bros., Inc.
