GROUP FORMING TO HELP CELIAC DISEASE SUFFERERS

The Celiac Disease/Gluten Intolerance Support Group will hold an organizational meeting tonight at 7 at the Executive Park, 5346 Peters Creek Road, Suite F.

Celiac sufferers are unable to digest gluten, a mixture of proteins found in many grains. To manage this lifelong condition, patients must learn how to modify their diets.

The group will help patients - children and adults - by providing information, recipes and other tips.
