SELU WRITERS RETREAT TO BE HELD IN JULY

The second annual Selu Writers Retreat will be held at Radford University July 4-11.

The event, co-sponsored by the Appalachian Writers' Association and the university's English Department, will offer writers time and space for creative writing.

In addition, the writers' association will hold its annual meeting July 9-11 at Radford. It will feature workshops, book sales and readings.

Retreat housing is an air conditioned dormitory with private bath for $206. A meal plan is available for $75. Double rooms are $139 per person.
