PAGEANT FOR SENIORS SCHEDULED

The first Ms. Virginia Senior Citizen Pageant will be held Aug. 20-21 in Roanoke.

The pageant is a showcase of talent, grace and vitality. Contestants must be at least 55 and will be judged on poise, fashion and talent.

The winner will be picked to best represent the potential of senior citizens. She will be awarded a free trip to the national pageant in Jolet, Ill., in October.
