MINISTERS' GROUP PLANS DISCUSSION, ELECTION

"Seeking Theological Understanding: The Spirit of God" will be discussed by a panel Monday at 5 p.m. at the interfaith Roanoke Valley Ministers Conference.

Panelists will be the Rev. Linda Kusse-Wolfe, Rabbi Jerome Fox, the Rev. John Ault and the Rev. Michael Meloy.

The meeting will be at Second Presbyterian Church, 214 Mountain Ave. S.W., beginning with fellowship at 10 a.m.

The Rev. Alvord M. Beardslee, a retiring faculty member at Hollins College, will be recognized for his more than 30 years of support of the conference. He was its president in 1986

New officers also will be electTed and will be installed at a retreat at Camp Bethel on May 3.
