OVERACKER-FELICIO

Carleen Jean Felicio and John Gerard Overacker were married January 30, 1993 in St. Andrews Catholic Church by Father Joseph Metzger, III. The reception was held at Holiday Inn-Airport. The matron of honor was Mary F. Wright of Winchester, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Catherine McCrory of Landsdowne, Pa., friend of the bride, Kathleen Edmondson of Alexandria, friend of the bride, Anne Thomas of Halifax, friend of the bride and Julie Hedrick of Stephens City, friend of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Meghan Thomas of Fredericksburg, niece of the groom. The best man was Michael Overacker of Roanoke, brother of the groom. The ushers were Mark Overacker of Roanoke, brother of the groom, Chip Briggs of Roanoke, friend of the groom, Jeff Jones of Dallas, Tx., friend of the groom, and Evan Thomas of Fredericksburg, nephew of the groom. The ringbearer was Zachary P. Wright of Winchester, nephew of the bride. The readers were David Turk and Bryan Stephenson, friends of the couple. The guestbook was attended by Diane Berger of Winchester. Pictures were by Barry Brooks Photography. The bride is a daughter of Mr. Albert A. Felicio, Sr. of Winchester. She is a graduate of James Wood High School in Winchester and Roanoke College. The bride is employed by Hollins College. The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Overacker of Roanoke, is a graduate of Cave Spring H.S. and Virginia State University. The bridegroom is employed by Carbone of America. The newlyweds will live in Roanoke after a cruise to Western Caribbean.
