WUNDERLICH-SMITH

Jennifer Graves Smith and Gary Kent Wunderlich, Jr. were married Saturday, April 3, 1993, at seven o'clock in Second Presbyterian Church with Dr. William Rupert Klein officiating. The reception was held at The Shenandoah Club.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Toombs Smith, Jr. and the granddaughter of Mrs. Robert Toombs Smith and the late Mr. Smith and Mr. Lucian Archambault Durham, Jr. and the late Mrs. Durham, all of Roanoke, Virginia. She is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and the University of Virginia. She is employed by Trammell Crow Company of Memphis, Tennessee.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Kent Wunderlich and the grandson of Mrs. Calvin Thompson and the late Mr. Thompson and Mr. and Mrs. AlvinWilliam Wunderlich, Jr., all of Memphis, Tennessee. He is a graduate of Memphis University School and the University of Virginia. He is employed by Progressive Capital Securities Corporation of Memphis, Tennessee.

Kathryn Smith Draper, of Winchester, Virginia, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. The bridesmaids were AnneTerrell Avis and Margaret Ann Ewart, of Roanoke, Virginia, Pamela SusanFeinour, Michele Raymonde Piriou, and Julia Ann Houston, all of Athens, Georgia, Amy Louise Taylor, of Richmond, Virginia, Paige Marie Roberson, of Memphis, Tennessee, Gabrielle Fortier Vaillancourt and Susan Withers Smith, of Virginia Beach, Virginia. The junior attendants were Meredith Whittier Jarrett, of Roanoke, Virginia, Brittany McLendon Erwin, cousin of the groom, of Houston, Texas, and Arthur Collins Pendleton, III, cousin of the bride, of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Mr. Gary Kent Wunderlich, of Memphis, Tennessee, father of the groom, served as best man. The groomsmen were Philip Shields Wunderlich, brother of the groom, Jonathan Ashford Van Hoozer, cousin of the groom, Frederick Charles Schaeffer and Scott David McArtor, all of Memphis, Tennessee, Robert Carter Smith, brother of the bride, of Roanoke, Virginia, Alexander Wellford Tabor, of New York, New York, William LakeTaylor, Jr., of Richmond, Virginia,Stephen Albert Wilt, of Fairfield, Connecticut, James Sanford Seevers, of Charlottesville, Virginia, and MarshallMurdough, of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

After a wedding trip to Antigua, the couple will reside in Memphis, Tennessee.
