DYLAN COMING TO RADFORD
Singer-songwriter Bob Dylan will appear at Radford University's Dedmon Center April 16 at 8 p.m. Dylan is perhaps rock and folk music's most influential songwriter.He came to prominence in the 1960s as a folksinger and protest song writer of such classics as "Blowin' In the Wind." In the mid-1960s, he pioneered folk rock.
Dylan recently was honored at an all-star gala at Madison Square Garden broadcast on public television.
