ADULT DAY CARE CENTER CERTIFICATION

The Virginia Tech Adult Day Care Center has been certified by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services as a service provider for Medicaid recipients.

Additionally, the center is expanding its service by offering half-day service, providing up to five hours of adult day care.

The center is open 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday all year except holidays. Two snacks and a hot lunch are available each day. Respite care can be arranged for those needing the center's services on an occasional basis.

The center is in Wallace Hall on the Virginia Tech campus. Call 231-3161.
