The board of United Dominion Realty Trust of Richmond has approved a 2-for-1 stock split, effective May 5 for shareholders of record on April 19. The real estate investment trust, owner of apartments in Roanoke and Salem and an industrial building in Roanoke, will have a quarterly dividend rate of 17.5 cents per share after the split.\ Adolph Coors Co., a Golden, Colo., brewer operating a bottling and distribution plant in Rockingham County, on Monday reported beer sales of 3.7 million barrels for its fiscal quarter ended March 21, up 4.1 percent from 3.6 million barrels in the year-earlier period. Adolph Coors' fiscal first-quarter results are scheduled to be reported in mid-April.
