STARKS, Jack H., of Bedford, died Saturday, April 3, 1993. Funeral services 2 p.m. Thursday at the Gospel Fellowship Temple, Bedford. Interment will follow in the Reed Creek Baptist Church in Big Island. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7 to 8 at the Bedford Funeral Home Chapel.
