TEACHING WORKSHOP AT VIRGINIA TECH
Richard J. Light, professor and director of the Harvard Assessment Seminars, will be featured in three events associated with the Diggs Teaching Workshop and Roundtable at Virginia Tech on April 15-16.Light will present a public address entitled "Enhancing Teaching and Student Learning: Findings from the Harvard Assessment Seminars" at 8 p.m. April 15 in the auditorium of the Continuing Education Center.
The Academy for Teaching Excellence will sponsor a "brown bag" workshop April 16 from noon to 2 p.m. in the living room of Hillcrest Hall. Light will be a participant.
The Diggs Roundtable will be held at 3 p.m. on April 16 in Pamplin Hall Room 1045. Light will serve as a guest discussant for the roundtable program.
